TODAY’S SCRIPTURE
But when people keep on sinning, it shows that they belong to the devil, who has been sinning since the beginning. But the Son of God came to destroy the works of the devil.

TODAY’S THOUGHT
We need to remember why Jesus came to earth—to destroy the works of the devil!
Way back in Genesis, chapter three, verse 15 God declared that out of the woman would come one who would crush Satan.
Satan has been lying to people for thousands of years. He loves to steal, kill, and destroy.
God sent Jesus into the world to destroy the works of the devil. Through Jesus we are more than conquerors. We have the victory over every temptation, every lie, every sickness, every addiction, every habit, every hang-up, and every hurt.
We are victorious through Jesus. Let’s begin to live in the victory Jesus has won for us.
TODAY’S PRAYER
Holy Spirit please help me to remember the victory has been won. Empower me to apply the victory in every area of my life. Help me to live out the victory Jesus won for me.
