TODAY’S THOUGHT
It is important to pause and remember the people God has put in our lives and give thanks for them. I believe the Holy Spirit strategically places people in our lives at key moments to encourage, challenge, and uplift us.
At key moments in my life there have been individuals who have spoken into my life in ways that have inspired me to be a better person. With the internet and other available resources out there, some people inspire me that I have not personally met. I take intentional time to allow others to speak into my life.
I plan times to listen to podcasts, sermons, and music that lift my spirit and challenge my thinking.When I am around other individuals, I feel encouraged and motivated to do more with my life.
It is important to express appreciation to them and to God for them.
Who has God placed in your life that can be a positive influence in your world? Have you thanked God for them? Who are you missing that you need to allow into your life?
TODAY’S PRAYER
Holy Spirit thank you for the people You are using to grow me into the best version of me. Help me to recognize those individuals and give them and You thanks for their presence in my life.
